Courtyard New York Manhattan/Upper East Side Hotel

The hotel room was super clean, staff were real nice, and everything was tidy. The gym was just alright, but didn't spend much time there anyway. The lobby had a great vibe, but wish there were more food options aside from the lobby canteen. 🏨

The location near central park and great restaurants makes it 💎valuable. 🚶‍♂️Rooms were small and lobby smelled, but 🛁bathroom was spotless. 🛏️Needed better lighting. Staff was 👍friendly and helpful. 😊

Appreciated our 2-nights stay. Variety of food for breakfast, it was fresh. The location was fab, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Cooper Hewitt Museum.

The location was fantastic, right by the ferry to Wall Street. The front desk staff was helpful when our flight was canceled. The room was surprisingly spacious and clean, with working AC. Only downside was the lack of breakfast options and occasional street noise through the windows.

Everything was great, polite stuff, stunning location right by the NYC landmarks, Central Park, Guggenheim and The Met and the new Q' express' subway line, fast-moving uptown buses. The continental breakfast had plenty of choices.

The room was clean and cozy, but the AC system was a letdown. It was nice chatting with the staff, though. Convenient location, even though the room was a tad small. On the bright side, the housekeeping team was fantastic and very attentive.

During my recent business trip to New York, my director selected Courtyard for our stay, and I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's dedication to health and wellness. The fully equipped 24-hour fitness center was a highlight for me, offering a state-of-the-art facility with free weights, cardio equipment, sauna, and steam room. This allowed me to maintain my health goals even while traveling, and I appreciated the convenience of having all these amenities at my disposal.

Loved being 10 minutes from UN Headquarters—where all the drama happens!

The hotel is large and comfortable enough to stay in for sightseeing in New York. Close to the subway, close to the museum. you can also freely plan your sightseeing on foot.

It is probably worth to settle accounts with them paying personally with your card when you leave because automatically collecting money is a little strange. The hotel blocked the amount of money for the whole stay on the card when I checked in, which was understandable to me, but after leaving the hotel did not settle this blockade but charged another full amount from the card. This way for almost a week I had my money blocked twice. Eventually the blockade expired but I didn't feel comfortable having $1,000 less at my disposal for the further journey.

One negative point: the bedroom neighbours with the music playing late at night, which prevented us from sleeping (but they turned the sound down once we knocked on their door).

The staff in general. There was a problem with our room the 1st night (wet carpet) and we were given a new room the next day on request. The person at the reception desk also found us a shuttle back to JFK. The hotel is in a quiet place, close to the metro line (Q) and there are very good restaurants nearby. It is a good base to visit Manhattan.

WiFi was completely saturated at the end of the day on our floor.

I chose this hotel for a workshop and it provides excellent meeting rooms and facilities for business travelers. The laundry facilities were also convenient for my extended stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making my work trip smooth and efficient.

The one service I missed for my work trip was the absence of breakfast available at the hotel, which would have been helpful for early morning meetings.

My wife and I stayed at Courtyard for two nights while visiting Mt. Sinai hospital. The location was perfect for us, and the value for money was excellent. The rooms were nice and the staff was friendly in this quiet neighborhood. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the Q-line subway station was just a short walk away, as well as popular attractions like Central Park, the Guggenheim, and The Met. The valet for car parking was extremely helpful and even helped us find free street parking right in front of the hotel.

We were well taken care of and felt safe and comfortable. We loved the added security feature in the elevator. the room itself was clean, spacious enough, and had all the necessary amenities. the shower had plenty of hot water and good water pressure. the hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and grocery stores, making it easy to find food options. a great experience and we would definitely stay here again.

I recently stayed at a hotel on the Upper East Side and I have to say it was a great value for the price.
